⏰ You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at realestatetruthh@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address we provide — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
— Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
— Custom or personalized products
— Personal care goods (beauty products)
— Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
— Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at realestatetruthh@gmail.com.
